3/14 “Jazz- An American Art Form” Assembly 1:30pm, Roosevelt Auditorium
Brought to us by Arts for Learning San Diego and Jazz 88.3. This educational session introduces students to a brief history of jazz, demos of various instruments, and live jazz music by local musicians.
3/18 CMEA Festival 2:30pm, Challenger Middle School
Students will have the opportunity to perform for constructive comments and a score from a panel of judges, and then receive an onstage clinic from one of the judges.
3/20 In-School Concert – 12:27pm, Roosevelt Auditorium
Music students share their art with other Roosevelt students during periods 5 and 6 at school.
3/21 Spring Concert – 6:30pm in the Roosevelt Middle School Auditorium.

Music Boosters consists of music families and community members who support the music program through fundraising, events coordination, chaperoning, coaching and administrative assistance.
We accept donations all year long to help fund music festivals, outreach field trips to elementary schools, instrument parts, sheet music and other classroom supplies. Please click on the donate button below and designate your funds to the band/music program.
