Roosevelt International Middle School celebrates Red Ribbon Week, a national campaign to educate youth and promote safe, healthy, drug-free schools and communities.  The Red Ribbon Campaign 2020 national theme is “Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free.”

RMS ASB Red Ribbon Campaign Art Contest

Roosevelt ASB is hosting a digital art contest inspired by The Red Ribbon Campaign 2020 theme: “Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free.” Digital art can include the production of GIFs, memes and other digital formats. Students should submit their digital artwork to the RMS Spirit Google Classroom (Join Code: rdxoko3) by Monday, November 16.

On November 4, 2020, Students and Advisors discussed healthy, drug-abuse prevention during their Advisory period.  We invite Roosevelt Families to talk to your children about prescription drugs, narcotics, drug abuse and the effects that drugs have on the brain and the rest of the body.  This online parent guide may help in bringing up the conversation with your children:

Thank you for your support at home. Together, we can have a huge impact!
