Students enrolled in a Fall program that continues in the Spring DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY TO THAT PROGRAM.

How to Apply

  1. Select your program(s). See ASE 2017-18 Program Descriptions.
  2. Complete an application January 10th – 17th.
    • Apply online! You can submit an After-School Enrichment Activities Application online from a smartphone, home computer, the local library, or at school. Computers will be available for parents/guardians to use during the application period:
      • In the Roosevelt Main Office or Library 7:00 am-3:00 pm
      • In the PrimeTime (Room 702), 6:00-7:30 am & after school – 6:00 pm
  3. Complete additional forms for the following programs. (Required):
    • Cooking Round the World
    • Girls in Science – additional application form distributed only at the GiS Mandatory Meeting: Jan. 10th, lunch period, Room 807
  4. Check your email Inbox and the posted Roster. Although completion of an ASE application is not a guarantee of enrollment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Enrollment is first-come, first-served and spots are limited. An enrollment confirmation email with your final schedule will be sent by Jan. 26th. Rosters will be posted on the ASE bulletin board next to the student store by Jan. 26th.

Attendance Expectations

Students are expected to commit to regular attendance and to follow school for student conduct. Students who do not attend regularly, who drop out of a program without a valid excuse will be dropped from the program and will not be allowed to re-enroll in additional programs.
