Is your student prepared for the upcoming standardized tests May 15-25? SDUSD Family Engagement Department will provide information about the upcoming California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) assessments this Wednesday, April 13, 10 – 11 AM via Zoom.

The CAASPP assessments include the Smarter Balanced Summative Testing (SBAC); the California Alternate Assessments (CAAs), including the CAA for Science; the California Science Test (CAST); and the California Spanish Assessment (CSA).

The Family Engagement Department will review the different types of SBAC assessments, show sample test questions, and discuss what you can do when you receive your student’s test results. Most students in Grades 3 – 8 and Grade 11 will take the Smarter Balanced Summative Assessments for English Language Arts/Literacy (ELA) and Mathematics. These assessments are administered online at schools.

If you are interested in learning more, please join the Zoom meeting on Thursday, April 13, at 10:00–11:00 am. Zoom ID: 814 8502 1715.
