Chaperones Needed for Band & Orchestra Field Trip: Dec 7, San Diego Symphony at The Rady Shell.

Band & Orchestra’s First Field Trip for 2022-2023!!

RMS Band & Orchestra / Instrumental Music Students are invited to a San Diego Symphony Open Rehearsal at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park: December 7 (Weds), 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

Band & Orchestra Students: Field Trip permission forms will be distributed by Mr. E.K. the week after Thanksgiving Break. Return forms by December 2.

RMS Music Families: Chaperones Needed!!

Submit SDUSD Volunteer forms to the RMS Office by December 1.

• Chaperones will accompany students to/from The Rady Shell via buses and supervise them at the venue under the direction of Mr. EK, RMS Music Director, and the San Diego Symphony.
• This RMS Music trip is scheduled on the same day (Dec 7) as the 7th Grade San Diego Zoo trip.
• Dec 7 is a LATE START WEDNESDAY. However, we must be at The Rady Shell at least 30 minutes before the Open Rehearsal starts at 10:00 AM. Students and Chaperones will meet Mr. EK in the RMS Auditorium at 8:30 AM for field trip check-in.
