Upcoming Schedule Changes

We are adding three sections, one for each grade, in History (Individuals and Societies) classes.
There will be schedule changes to balance our schedule with these added sections.
Ideally this will occur late this week; we are awaiting confirmation from the newly assigned teacher.

Student Led Conferences October 26 & 27, 2:00 – 4:00 PM

Student Led Conferences will be in person this year. Parents/ Guardians are invited to participate with their children on campus. These conferences will take approximately 20 minutes. We ask parents/guardians to follow the schedule below to help with balance, but understand if you need to attend at a time that works better for you.

Our Student Led Conferences are not traditional parent teacher conferences. As an IB school, one of our most important Learner Profile Attributes is Reflection. This will be an opportunity to hear from your child about what they have learned and where they can improve. Teachers will circulate to answer questions regarding your child’s learning, keeping the focus away from a specific grade, but focusing on learning experiences.

Nearby UH Library (4193 Park Blvd, just a few blocks north of school) presents a lively, interactive Halloween-themed Storytime where the audience acts out the stories. Learn to love literature as you become storybook characters and participate in living stories.
