RooFriends President Bridgette Tullis & Principal Steinberger, Memorial Wknd Parking Fundraiser.

Roosevelt PRIDE: Personal Responsibility in Daily Excellence.

Dear Roosevelt Families,

I am happy to let you know that I am feeling much better.  As difficult as it was to miss Promotion and the end of the year with our wonderful students and staff, seeing the photos and hearing the beautiful speeches lifted my spirits.

I am so proud of all of our students this week.  Our children have shown resilience and demonstrated so many of the important IB Learner Profile Traits.  I hope they will continue to embrace being risk-takers as they move forward in their educational journey.  Spending time with our children gives me hope for our future.  They will become the leaders in our community that will enact change.  Thank you for playing the incredibly important role as parents and guardians.

I am also honored to be part of such a caring, dedicated staff that has pushed forward at every step of the way over the past few years, which have been the most challenging time in education.

Thank You Volunteers and RooFriends!

We could not have made it through this year without the many volunteers who have supported everything from textbook collection to tutoring, and all of your generous donations throughout the year.  Our community is strong, and I am proud of what we have accomplished together. Please subscribe to RooFriends.org | “like” Friends of Roosevelt Foundation (FB page) | join Families of Roosevelt Middle School FORMS (FB group) to stay connected this summer!

Thank you all for your encouragement and support. I wish you all a safe, restful and productive summer. All the best.
