California Parent Survey
The California Parent Survey is due by this Friday, 3/25. This short, 5-10-minute survey provides us with information that will help guide district and school efforts to promote safety, enhance learning supports, and improve student achievement. This is an anonymous survey and all questions apply to Roosevelt only. Your participation is voluntary but is also very important. Complete just one survey about the school using your oldest child as a reference. Please see more information here and you can fill out the survey here.
If your student brings in a screenshot of your completion screen by FRIDAY – 3/25, they will receive a blue slip to be entered in our weekly drawing!
If you are having trouble taking the survey, check the following:
- Confirm you are entering the web site address correctly.
- Does the survey welcome page show the correct name of your school?
- Confirm you have entered the URL (in the URL bar, NOT THE SEARCH BAR)
