- Federal Survey forms were sent home last week Thursday and Friday during 3rd Period classes. Check backpacks!!
- Your responses are critical for our school funding!
- Roosevelt earns a significant amount of income that can be used for instructional materials, support staff, transportation, technology and other needs.
- Please fill-out your form and remind your child(ren) to return it to their 3rd Period Teacher.
