Reminder! All SDUSD Families are required to make a choice on Covid-19 testing. Please complete and submit your Covid-19 Testing Acknowledgement Form. One form per Student. Test in School to Stay in School. Free Covid testing in school helps prevent the spread of the virus and helps more students stay in school to continue their education.
