San Diego Unified has organized Level Up SD to give all students, grades K – 12, FREE access to academic and enrichment opportunities throughout this summer (June – August 2021). To be eligible for #LevelUpSD, students must be enrolled in San Diego Unified for the 2021-2022 school year.
Enrichment Summer Experience 2021: Kids can take advantage of in-person teacher-led instruction and summer activities beyond the classroom. Click HERE to browse hundreds of available programs throughout San Diego.
Academic Summer Experience 2021: RMS Families who submitted the Middle School Open Enrollment Application will receive email confirmation during the first week of June.
Created by the San Diego Unified School District and The San Diego Foundation, the Level Up SD program features:
- In-person classroom instruction at neighborhood schools with SDUSD teachers
- Summer activities offered by a variety of non-profits in communities across San Diego.
- NO COST to families for the classroom instruction or the activities, thanks to a $31 million commitment by the San Diego Unified Board of Education.
