Free COVID-19 Testing at School

UC San Diego medical professionals will be at Roosevelt on Thursdays to conduct COVID-19 testing for students and staff free of charge.

1. Complete the two forms listed under Testing information for students and have your child bring them to the nurse, Frances Marxen, in the school office. You may also login to your student’s school account and complete the forms online.
2. Make a COVID-19 testing appointment. Testing is conducted in the nurse’s office.
3. You will receive an email a day before your appointment to create a UCSD MyChart account to receive your student’s test results (you may still create an account after your forms have been processed even if you don’t receive an email).
