RMS Music and the La Jolla Music Society invite the RMS Community to a live-hosted, live stream, musical presentation featuring Musicians from the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra!!

“Jazz for Young People: Who is Dave Brubeck?”
La Jolla Music Society along with Marcus Printup and Kenny Rampton, musicians from the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, will share a presentation celebrating the tunes and tales of DAVE BRUBECK, a global jazz ambassador. For audiences of all ages, this live-hosted, live stream presentation honors a one-of-a-kind musician, educator and champion of social and civil rights.

This Registration Form is for any 6th, 7th or 8th Grade Students NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED in 6th Grade Music or 0 Period Band/Orchestra and for ALL interested RMS Families, Teachers and Staff. 3rd Quarter 6th Grade Music and 0 Period Band & Orchestra Students will find their Zoom link invites in their music Google Classrooms.
Provided are enrichment materials for the “Jazz for Young People” program. Students should review these materials ahead of time to prepare for Tuesday’s presentation and Q&A.
