This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. RooFriends usually sponsors a special lunch for our staff. Unfortunately, given the current limitations, we are unable to do something similar this year.
Teachers & Staff,
We want to express how grateful we are for all you do for our students and we are especially impressed with how quickly you’ve adapted to distance learning, even though there have been many challenges. We see how, in so many ways, you are trying to reach out to students and continue to prepare them for next school year. Thank you to teachers and staff who have participated in the food distribution and device distribution efforts.

Families who are looking for ways to show your appreciation to our staff at this time, please consider the following options:
- You or your student can send a nice email or even eCard (there are many online services for this).
- Make a donation to your teacher via DonorsChoose.org or their Amazon Wish List (not a complete list; please ask your teacher if they have a list).
- Send an e-gift card via a national store or online grocery delivery service.
- Send an e-gift card from a local business
